GYMTOTS (Coed)
Ages: Birth – 2 years, 11 mos
Class Length: 45 minutes
Class is FREE until age 1. The gym is pre-set with the same preschool circuits that the GymKid 3 and GymKid 4/5 classes use. The GymTots are allowed to roam the entire area and discover the circuits at their own pace, staying as long as they would like at any given area. The lesson plan (gym set-up) will change every two weeks. This guided discovery through free play is a great way to let the children explore at their own pace. Classes will have a circle time with a group song, skill or activity followed by more free play with the pit gym/inground trampoline room available also. Class culminates with a stamp. Most students are ready to move to a GymKid 3 class upon turning 3, however there are not always openings, so you can choose to remain in the GymTot class for the remainder of that school year if desired.
These classes are held on weekdays prior to 11am and Saturdays only. Class ratio is 1:1 and three instructors. You need to supply an adult to go into class with your tot.
*All siblings must remain in the lobby area or the designated area inside the gym.

GymKid 3 will use the same circuits used by the GymKid 4/5 classes with modifications for their developmental differences. These classes are held on weekdays prior to 2pm and Saturdays only. Each gymnast should begin to challenge themselves.

“Ninja Challenge” is an obstacle course based program similar to America Ninja Warriors as seen on TV. There are 6 levels of difficulty and a colored t-shirt (for a small fee) may be awarded at the completion of each level. Every ninja begins as a ‘level 0’ and must complete all skills in level 1 to “become a level 1 ninja.” There are 5 Ninja Jam Competitions each school year in Oct, Dec, Feb, April and June open to all registered Ninja Challenge athletes. These Jams are optional and cost extra to participate in. Athletes have the entire gym to run a large course in the fastest time possible with the fewest errors, to achieve success. Every participant receives an awesome custom giveaway prize.
